Your heart runs on an electrical pulse. It's the current that pumps blood through every vein in your body, keeping you alive one beat at a time. Your brain is no different — literally made of protein, fat, and water, sparked to life by electricity every second you're conscious.

You are, quite literally, a walking generator.

What Nobody Tells You About Your Memories

Here's the part most people never stop to consider: every memory you're carrying, good or bad, is stored inside your anatomy and nervous system. Your traumas, your regrets, your unresolved moments — they're not just "in your head." They're sitting inside your actual cellular structure, inside your DNA, drawing a small amount of power just to exist, whether you're thinking about them or not.

If a memory is unresolved, it draws more. Continuously. It sits in your data bank, pulling on your current without ever giving anything back — which is part of why certain memories still feel heavy years later, with no obvious reason tied to your day-to-day life.

The Origin Story Exercise

Grab a pen and paper. Write your origin story on a simple timeline — as far back as you can remember, as the beginning of the timeline, completing the timeline with memories that seem vivid, as they present themselves, and jot each one down along the line. You don't have to be too detailed, to gain lasting results.

This becomes a timeline of data — a database linked through time and space. From here, you're going to visit these memories, one at a time, and ask each one the same question.

What new learnings, or meaning, can I receive from this memory?

Sit at a distance from the memory while you ask it. You don't want to live inside it or relive it — you want to place it in a globe of light, or a warm sphere floating beneath you, and view it objectively, from above. Whatever answer arrives, write it down. Don't force it. Your unconscious mind will generate an answer almost immediately, and it's allowed to be hypothetical — a what-if, not just a literal account of what happened.

Why This Actually Works

When you access a memory this way, you're accessing your own cellular structure — your actual DNA, animated by electricity, the same current running your heartbeat. That memory, which was quietly taking power just to sit there, is now producing something back: a positive charge, flowing into the same space where it used to just sit and drain you.

You're not changing the memory. It stays authentic, it stays yours. What changes is the charge attached to it — new emotional learnings, new neurological connections, new growth wired into the exact place your memories are already stored.

Where the Energy Actually Comes From

If you're fully employed, trying to build something of your own, carrying family responsibilities and chores on top of it — where does the free time and energy for any of that come from? Not from finding more hours in the day. From this. Unresolved memories were quietly pulling on your current the entire time. Charge them, and that current starts flowing back toward whatever you're building instead.
